Identification of a foal registered by a Member Association. The price of the horse passport is not included in this service.
Covering registration fee (within deadline)
?
Registration fee for covering per mare, which the stallion keeper pays to for the registration of the covering. The deadline for covering report is 15th August for coverings made in the first semester, and 20th December for coverings made in the second semester.
Foreign covering registration fee
?
Registration of a foreign covering certificate, which includes translation and recording the data in the central database. The pedigree certificate of the covering sire and the DNA-card must be arranged by the breeder.
Covering registration fee (overdue)
?
Registration fee for covering per mare, which the stallion keeper pays to for the registration of the covering. The deadline for covering report is 31st December of the current year.
Covering registration fee for late report
?
The registration fee for the coverage not reported in the year of covering must be paid by the stallion keeper as a surcharge for the late registration of the covering in the central database.
Import horse registration with identity check
?
Check of identity and registration of a horse with a foreign horse passport for breeding purposes.
The service fee also includes the owner's registration if the passport of the given breed is issued by our Federation.
Import horse registration
?
Registration of a horse with a foreign horse passport and not for breeding purposes. The service does not include an identity check on spot.

Travel fee - on individual order
?
The regional inspector's fee for travel, on the order of the owner, at a pre-arranged time.
Travel fee - within round trip
?
Departure by appointment, initiated by the regional inspector, where the horse registration works on the given area are carried out by optimizing the traveled route.
Travel fee - in case of urgency
?
The regional inspector's urgent fee for travel, on the order of the owner, at a pre-arranged time.
Special procedure fee for post-registration of American-bred horses
?
The fee applicable until 31.12.2024, which we apply to the registration of horses not registered by the defunct breeding organization that previously managed the quarter horse, appaloosa and paint horse breeds, in cooperation with the newly recognized American Western Horse Breeding Association. The special procedure fee includes - as necessary - the processing of history data, additional registration of mares, horse identification and registration of the horse, but does not include the price of the transponder, the possible registration of the imported parents and the travel fee, as well as the fee for issuing the horse passport.

Identity check
?
Check of identity of a horse that has already been identified but does not have an available passport. Identity check is made for the purpose of applying for a duplicate horse passport.
Horse passport issue (over one-year-old horse age)
?
The price of a horse passport issued by our Federation (for a horse over one-year-old age), excluding postal delivery.
Horse passport issue (for a foal up to one-year-old age) without postal delivery
?
The price of a horse passport issued by our Federation (for foal up to one-year-old age), excluding postal delivery.
Horse passport issue (for a foal up to one-year-old age) with postal delivery

The price of a horse passport issued by our Federation (for foal up to one-year-old age), including postal delivery.
Exchange of horse passport
?
Exchange of horse passport at the request of the owner, in case of breed classification, data correction or minor damage to the original horse passport, maintaining the animal health and food chain safety sections of the original document.
Duplicate horse passport issue
?
Replacing a lost or destroyed horse passport with a duplicate.
Emergency administration
?
Emergency surcharge for administration within 5 working days, in which period our Federation ensures that the passport / import registration will be completed (except of any deficiencies in application). Time of postal delivery is not included in the emergency administration time.
Donkey identification - only for donkeys without origin
?
Marking and registration of a donkey or donkey foal that does not have a breeding certificate (the issuance of passport is not included in this service).
Parentage verification administration
?
The administration fee includes collecting the biological sample required for DNA-test for parentage verification, as well as filling out the accompanying form and sending the application to the Genetics Laboratory of NEBIH. The fee of the laboratory test is not included in oure service.
Certificate of origin
?
Issuance of a certificate of origin containing 4 (or 5 on special request) ancestral lines.
Semen registration fee
?
Annual registration fee for fresh or frozen semen must be paid at the time of signing a contract. Permission from the competent breeding organization is required for the use of semen.
Stallion registration fee for private stallion
?
Annual registration fee for the private stallion must be paid at the time of signing a contract.
Transponder
?
The cost of implanting a microchip at the time of horse identification.
Registration of change of ownership
?
Registration of the owners in the official database for horses of which passports are issued by our Federation.
Registration of change of ownership (5 workdays emergency)
?
An emergency surcharge for ownership registration is charged, in which case our Federation ensures that the registration of the new owner will be completed within 5 working days (except of any deficiencies in application). Time of postal delivery is not included in the emergency administration time.
